This course is aimed at an experienced practitioner with an interest and drive to support and develop equality practice within the provision.
Aims
Completion of this course will enable the learner to fulfil the role of ENCo within their provision. Develop an enhanced level of understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the ENCo. Become familiar with the ENCo handbook and other materials which are relevant to the role of ENCo. Consider everyday equality issues and explore effective strategies to embed high-quality inclusive practice. Develop a vision for their provision, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
