Aims
Throughout the course, participants will learn to:
- Gain a deeper understanding of why we should observe and what constitutes a meaningful observation.
- Consider and develop skills on how to reflect on what has been observed.
- Gain strategies and ideas to support a collaborative approach.
- Take an in-depth look at the assessment, including the language of the assessment.
- Understand the barriers to learning and their impact on how we assess.
