Aims

Throughout the course, participants will learn to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of why we should observe and what constitutes a meaningful observation.
  • Consider and develop skills on how to reflect on what has been observed.
  • Gain strategies and ideas to support a collaborative approach.
  • Take an in-depth look at the assessment, including the language of the assessment.
  • Understand the barriers to learning and their impact on how we assess.
