Audience

Early years educators and professionals working with children birth to five years in early years settings.

Aims

The spring forum will focus on 'Inclusion for All.'

We will be exploring the word “inclusion” in its broadest sense:

  • What do we understand about unconscious bias, and how does this impact early years practice?
  • What support is in place for all children and families?

There will be an additional discussion on recruitment, including safer recruitment and writing a successful job advert.

Additional information

This is an opportunity for early years educators to network with their Early Years Adviser, join professional discussions, and hear updates from Cambridgeshire Child and Family Centres.
