Additional Needs Team 14 - 25 Years
Works with young people aged 14-25, who have an Education, Health, and Care Plan or had a Statement of Special Educational Needs, and who attend or have attended specialist provision both within and outside the county.
The team supports young people to make a smooth transition when moving from school to Further Education, Employment or Training. We also work with young people who are not in education, employment, or training.

Provide information, advice and guidance on education, training, employment, and other appropriate options for young people with special educational needs and disabilities and their families.

The Additional Needs Team Job Coaches
Provide an interlink for young people into educational opportunities, work experience and employment. They can provide work mentorship, interview training, employability skills and application writing and support employers with ‘Reasonable Adjustments and act as an advocate for young people communicating with employers.
The Additional Needs Team (ANT) has two job coaches:
