The 0-19 Place Planning Team is responsible for planning, reviewing and commissioning early years and childcare and school places for children and young people in the 0 to 19 age range, and up to the age of 25 for those with Special Educational Need and/or Disability (SEND), in response to housing developments and demographic change to ensure that the Council meets its statutory place planning duties.

It gives an overview of current pressures on a district and local level, and the Council’s planned response to them.
