A whole setting culture is essential to supporting children with SEND ensuring all practitioners within a setting have high aspirations and a shared vision and ethos. Strong leadership, combined with clear policy and procedures will ensure that everyone in the setting works together to ensure the best outcomes for all children, including those with SEND.
