Adding 50 Things to Do Before You’re Five’s translatable website to your phone's home screen, for quick access.

You can add a website icon to your iPhone home screen for quick access:

  1. Go to the Safari app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the 50 Things to Do | Cambridgeshire & Peterborough website you want to add to your home screen.
  3. Tap the share button.
  4. Scroll down the list of options, then tap 'Add to Home Screen.' If you do not see 'Add to Home Screen', you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap 'Edit Actions', then tap 'Add to Home Screen.'
  5. Give it a title '50 Things to Do.'
  6. Tap 'Add.'
  7. It will now appear on your home screen under '50 Things to Do.'

You can add a website icon to your Google home screen for quick access:

  1. Go to the Google app on your phone.
  2. Go to the 50 Things to Do | Cambridgeshire & Peterborough website you want to add to your home screen.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu item in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Select 'Add to Home screen.'
  5. You may be prompted to make a choice: 'Install' or 'Create shortcut.' Click 'Create shortcut.'
  6. Edit the name '50 Things to Do.'
  7. Tap 'Add.'
  8. You will then be prompted again to 'Add to home screen.'
  9. It will now appear on your home screen under '50 Things to Do.'

You can add a website icon to your Samsung home screen for quick access:

  1. Go to the Samsung Internet app on your phone.
  2. Go to the 50 Things to Do | Cambridgeshire & Peterborough website you want to add to your home screen.
  3. Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines).
  4. From the menu, select the 'Add page to.'
  5. Choose the 'Home screen' option,
  6. Edit the name '50 Things to Do.'
  7. Tap 'Add.'
  8. You will then be prompted again to 'Add' to the home screen.
  9. It will now appear on your home screen under '50 Things to Do.'

If you have another type of mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, it probably has the feature too.

Just open its browser and look in its menu for an option named 'Add to home screen' or 'Pin to home screen.'

To remove a shortcut

To remove a website shortcut from your device's home screen, just tap and hold the shortcut for some seconds, and remove it like you would remove any other app icon.
