Early Years Funding

From Monday, 8 June 2026, Early Years Funding is moving to a new system, known as EYES (Early Years and Education System), developed by System C. We appreciate that learning to use a new system can be challenging, and we are creating a comprehensive package of support for you. This includes:

  • An overview briefing for providers on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at 3.30 pm or 7 pm.
  • A set of live bite-sized sessions on different aspects of the system: EYES Training Opportunities. Size: 281KB File format: pdf
  • Online training that can be accessed at any time.
  • Guidance materials, including screenshots to guide you through different processes.
  • Surgery sessions, where you can book 20-minute slots with a team member to support you with any difficulties with your estimate or headcount claim.

All training sessions, including the overview briefing, can be booked via Booking and reservations for Early Years Childcare and School Readiness Service, 'EYES'.
