Early years funding

From Monday, 8 June 2026, Early Years Funding moved to a new system, known as EYES (Early Years and Education System), developed by System C. To support your learning to use the new EYES system, please view our comprehensive training package, which includes:

  • An overview briefing for providers.
  • A set of live bite-sized sessions on different aspects of the system.
  • Online training accessible at any time.
  • Guidance materials, including screenshots to guide you through different processes.
  • Surgery sessions, where you can book 20-minute slots with a team member to support you with any difficulties with your Estimate or Headcount claims.

All training sessions are bookable via Booking and reservations for Early Years Childcare and School Readiness Service, 'EYES'.
