Vocational Qualifications: Information, Advice, Guidance & Training

Offer and Charges:

In order to provide high quality information, advice and guidance the workforce must be able to develop the skills and knowledge they need.  Learning and development should focus on the practical skills workers need to do their job and also instill in them the values they need to put at the heart of their practice.  Vocational qualifications enable learners to develop and demonstrate those skills throughout the learner journey.

We offer competitive rates for the qualifications we deliver and can support you and your employees to gain appropriate qualifications.

Career Guidance/Learner Journey

Vocational qualifications are designed to provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to manage the delivery of information, advice and guidance in both face to face and remote situations within a range of services, including giving careers guidance.

The method of delivery we offer is flexible and offered on a rolling programme to suit your needs. Allowing you to complete full qualifications or specific units to support continual professional development (CPD).

Our related training courses can support the underpinning knowledge within the range of vocational qualifications offered and can be found on the Learning and Development: Children page.

Quality

The Cambridgeshire County Council (CFA) Assessment Centre is regularly quality monitored by the awarding organisations whose qualifications we offer and you can be confident in the integrity and quality of both the qualifications and out delivery teams.  We also self assess through learner and employer feedback to ensure we continually improve the learner experience.
