  • Access to dedicated independent helpdesk.
  • Identifying suitable suppliers of goods and services including advice on the availability of existing contracts open to schools and academies for areas such as building work, cleaning, catering, grounds maintenance, agency staff, office equipment, energy, IT equipment and services, furniture, telecoms, MFD’s (copiers) and other educational equipment and services.
  • Support on developing and analysing quotations received and benchmarking existing spend to identify savings.
  • Best practice procurement guidance including advice on European Procurement Regulations and free access to website to advertise contract opportunities.
  • Newsletter each term on key procurement matters.

Primary/Middle/Special School or Academy – Annual fee £155 for up to 4 hours dedicated procurement support.

Secondary School or Academy – Annual fee £260 for up to 6 hours support.

Ad hoc

In addition to the core offering, we offer an ad hoc service for one off or more complex needs, this could cover issues such as supporting a full tender process.

The cost will typically be from £43 to £80 per hour depending on the complexity of the requirement and will be agreed in advance.
