Nick leads the School Improvement Team and has responsibilities for working as the SIA to a group of schools. Nick also leads on KS1 assessment and moderation and the monitoring of KS2 tests. Nick has an interest in mathematics and is a member of the Strategic Board of the Cambridge Maths Hub. His prior experience includes working in schools in Lincolnshire and Peterborough, Mathematics Advisory work, Ofsted & SIP work and being a Regional Adviser for North London for the Primary National Strategies.

Claire has responsibility for working as the named SIA to a group of schools and is also the ECT Induction Manager for the Appropriate Body run by Peterborough City Council. This role involves ensuring schools are meeting their responsibilities of providing a suitable post for ECT induction and that the monitoring, support, assessment and guidance procedures in place are fair and appropriate. Claire thoroughly enjoys working with and supporting ECTs as they enter their teaching career. Claire has prior experience of working as the Head teacher of a Church of England Primary School and also a SIP. Claire also has extensive experience of school governance including the role of Vice Chair.

Sue leads on English within the School Improvement Team. She provides support to English/Literacy subject leaders as well as supporting in schools with teaching and learning. Sue leads KS2 writing moderation and managers the team of accredited moderators, as well as being the lead moderator for KS1. She has previously worked in schools leading English in Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire and is an accredited trainer for Edgehill University intervention programmes and Reading for Inference.

Sue shares the responsibility of developing a full range of CPD within Peterborough and can be the first point of contact for schools looking for staff development.

Sue has been part of the Peterborough School Improvement Team since September 2022. She is on secondment from a full time post as Headteacher at Alderman Payne Primary school in Cambridgeshire and has been at the school since 2010. Previously Sue was a Headteacher of a very large primary school in London. Sue works for the Peterborough LA for one day a week.
