Welcome

Welcome to The Home Learning Hub. This website is free for all users, without sign-in or subscription. On this site we aim to share some of the best free home learning resources that the internet has to offer. You will find pages for different subject areas and resources for children aged 4-11.

As well as links to some of the best external sites, our team of advisers has created a wonderful range of free activities, challenges and projects for children to try at home. We hope you find the resources helpful and we encourage you to share this site with other families who are learning together at home.

Please note that we aim to keep adding to this website for the duration of the school closures, so please keep checking back to see what's new.

Home Learning Guides

We have created a Home Learning Parents Guide for parents and carers of children aged 5-11, which can be downloaded here; and an EYFS Home Learning Guide for children aged 5 and under. These guides are designed to support indoor and outdoor home learning, with a selection of games, screen-free activities and online resources.

Further resources

DFE Home Learning Resources - The government has produced a list of available resources online to support home learning, here.

EEF - Supporting Daily Routines - The Education Endowment Foundation has created some guides for parents to support home learning, including: advice for planning a day of home learning.

Further recommendations

You can find further videos, recommending resources and activities, on several of the pages throughout this website.
