Framework for Whole School Anti-Bullying Rights and Responsibilities
All children and young people have the right to be treated with respect and fairness and to learn and thrive in schools where they are free from bullying.
The following is a model framework which acknowledges the role of the whole school community in protecting every child’s and young person’s right to be safe from bullying.
The Anti-bullying Rights and Responsibilities Framework can be accessed below. For information on how to use the Framework please use the document below.
Whole School Anti-bullying Review Tool
Research has shown that the context of the whole school approach which includes creating safe environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn is key to the successful implementation of anti-bullying work in schools. This review tool has been designed to support schools with developing a whole school approach to anti-bullying work.
